Our client, a large firm with 11 national locations, offers their professional staff the opportunity to take their careers as far as they can envision. We are seeking an Intellectual Property Paralegal for our client's Tampa, FL office.
The position requires exceptional oral and written skills, the ability to manage and prioritize a large volume of caseload, work in a team environment, and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information related to cases and clients. Qualified candidates must possess the following skills/experience:
- Assist IP attorneys with audits, portfolio reviews, deadline management, and conflict resolution and support administrative activities such as reporting and cost accounting
- Assist IP attorneys and internal business customers in the processing and review of new invention disclosures
- Process remunerations to inventors in accordance with company policy
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Paralegal with intellectual property experience
