Our client, one of the world’s leading law firms, is seeking an Environmental Associate Attorney/Counsel to join their team in Atlanta, Dallas, Houston or Washington, D.C. Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Specialization in responding to and investigating catastrophic accidents, including fires, explosions, and spills.
- Expertise in managing complex legal and regulatory challenges.
- Direct involvement in defending clients during government inquiries following environmental crises, including investigations by the EPA, OSHA, CSB, ATF, state, and local agencies.
- Work on groundbreaking matters involving emerging contaminants such as PFAS.
- Chance to work closely with one of the most highly respected partners in this industry on critical, high-profile environmental litigation and crisis management matters.
- Must have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Excellent academic credentials.
