What are the responsibilities and job description for the Banquets Cook - Part Time position at Zermatt Resort?
If you are an experienced Cook wishing to work alongside our passionate Executive Chef, look no further! Beautiful Zermatt Utah (aka Zermatt Resort & Spa) in Midway, Utah is seeking qualified, experienced Banquet Cook to fill full-time & part-time positions. Banquet Cooks are responsible for assisting with all aspects of food preparation (both buffets & plated meals) and presentation for banquets & special events, ensuring that all dishes are prepared and presented in accordance with standard recipes and presentations established by the Chef, as indicated on the BEOs. The Banquet Cook must maintain a clean and sanitary culinary environment in compliance with all local and federal health codes. This position will also assist other cooks with preparation and set up for the restaurants, as needed. Will also perform banquet and kitchen line functions as directed by the Executive or Sous Chef. Some previous culinary experience required, and previous banquet cooking experience strongly preferred. Must have a valid Utah food handler permit.
