We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Spa Concierge to join our team at Spa at Zermatt. As the face of our spa, you will play a crucial role in creating unforgettable guest experiences.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
Proven Guest Service Excellence: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
Administrative Proficiency: Minimum 6 months experience in administrative, office management, or reservations roles.
Flexibility & Adaptability: Available to work a flexible schedule, including Tuesday-Saturday mornings (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM), Sundays, and holidays as needed.
Team Leadership (Preferred): Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
Spa Expertise (Preferred): Knowledge of spa services and treatments is highly valued.
