About the Role :

Zero-G is seeking an experienced Manager of Marketing and Consumer Sales to drive our marketing initiatives and manage all consumer sales efforts. This key role will oversee marketing campaigns, digital advertising, social media strategy, content creation, and lead generation, while also managing consumer inquiries, sales processes, and reporting.

When a potential customer sends a long email with questions, your instinct is to pick up the phone and have a real conversation.

You know your Buyer Personas so well that stepping into the customer's shoes feels natural. You're always asking, “What's in it for me?” from their perspective and fine-tuning your strategies accordingly.

Marketing Responsibilities :

  • Managing all day-to-day marketing activities
  • Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to drive consumer, charter, and research flight sales.
  • Manage relationships with marketing agencies and vendors to execute effective campaigns.
  • Establish and track marketing spend, ensuring alignment with established budgets.
  • Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Display Network, and more.
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to engage existing and potential customers.
  • Create and curate engaging organic content for social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with leadership to address business challenges and opportunities.
  • Maintain and update the Zero-G website, including flight schedules, product pages, blogs, and new landing pages.
  • Plan and execute Zero-G's presence at industry conferences, ensuring a strong brand representation.
  • Create and optimize marketing campaigns for direct lead generation, analyzing performance and iterating strategies for improved results.
  • Manage all content creation efforts in collaboration with established content partners
  • Collaborate with leadership team to address business challenges and opportunities and to identify creative solutions when new challenges arise.

Consumer Sales Responsibilities :

  • Oversee all aspects of consumer sales, including responding to sales inquiries, calling interested prospects, assisting with the booking process, and offering exceptional customer service.
  • Upselling optional add-ons like refundable tickets, dedicated photographers, and more.
  • Follow up with new orders submitted through the Zero-G website, ensuring smooth transition to the Guest Support team.
  • Track, report, and analyze monthly consumer sales volume to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Qualifications :

  • 6 years of marketing experience in a leadership role, with expertise in consumer sales
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, HubSpot Sales, and HubSpot Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, analytics, luxury branding, and emerging market trends
  • Demonstrated success in budget management, ROI tracking, and campaign optimization.
  • U.S. Citizen or eligible to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
  • Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check
  • Valid U.S. Passport and U.S. Driver's License
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experienced in managing external marketing agencies and enforcing agency contracts
  • Adaptability to support other departments when new needs arise
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Manager and Klaviyo platforms
  • Experienced in automating routine marketing tasks when appropriate
  • Bonus : Intermediate skills in graphic design or video editing to contribute to content creation.
