About the Role :
Zero-G is seeking an experienced Manager of Marketing and Consumer Sales to drive our marketing initiatives and manage all consumer sales efforts. This key role will oversee marketing campaigns, digital advertising, social media strategy, content creation, and lead generation, while also managing consumer inquiries, sales processes, and reporting.

Marketing Responsibilities :
- Managing all day-to-day marketing activities
- Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to drive consumer, charter, and research flight sales.
- Manage relationships with marketing agencies and vendors to execute effective campaigns.
- Establish and track marketing spend, ensuring alignment with established budgets.
- Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Display Network, and more.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to engage existing and potential customers.
- Create and curate engaging organic content for social media platforms.
- Collaborate with leadership to address business challenges and opportunities.
- Maintain and update the Zero-G website, including flight schedules, product pages, blogs, and new landing pages.
- Plan and execute Zero-G's presence at industry conferences, ensuring a strong brand representation.
- Create and optimize marketing campaigns for direct lead generation, analyzing performance and iterating strategies for improved results.
- Manage all content creation efforts in collaboration with established content partners
- Collaborate with leadership team to address business challenges and opportunities and to identify creative solutions when new challenges arise.
