Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on high-voltage systems in electric vehicles
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices for high-voltage systems
- Collaborate with engineering and build teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Document work performed and assist in developing best practices for future projects
- Provide remote technical support and guidance to team members
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive technology, with a focus on high-voltage systems
- Certification in High Voltage Systems (e.g., from SAE or equivalent) is a plus
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics and troubleshooting techniques
- Must be a self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely with team members
- Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record for required travel to Mafa, TX
