Zero-Max is currently recruiting for an Inventory Coordinator .

Under the supervision of the Purchasing Manager, the Inventory Coordinator is responsible for ensuring physical inventory accuracy throughout the manufacturing process.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Manage cycle count program

Stock inventory in appropriate locations

Fill machining or assembly jobs by “kitting” components

Ensure warehouse organization and optimization

Complete and maintain inventory management documents

Manage Return Material Authorization (RMA) product after receipt through disposition

Deliver parts to required locations – purchased parts to inspection or bin locations, repairs to repair department, and office supplies to storage location, etc.

Assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed

Follows Zero-Max core values

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements : Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education / Experience

High school diploma or GED preferred

3 or more years’ experience in inventory control

Forklift certification preferred however training and certification is available

Requirements

High attention to detail

Good written and verbal communication skills

Continuous Improvement mindset

Experience with Epicor or other ERP software preferred

Ability to read and interpret documents including safety rules, process and procedure manuals, and reports

Understand and perform basic math skills

Good problem-solving skills

The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds, operate forklift / pallet jack to move, stack, and load and unload materials as necessary.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Work environment is typical of a climate-controlled warehouse setting.
