What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract Maintenance Manager (Medical Facilities) position at Zero Waste Solutions?
We are currently searching for an O&M Production Supervisor to help oversee an upcoming Healthcare Facilities Management contract. You will work with the client’s on-site management team to understand their needs, execute milestones, and track progress to help us achieve a successful contract completion. Detailed knowledge and experience in Healthcare Facilities Management services in commercial environments is required.
Minimum Requirements
- Three (3) years experience in medical/health care (bedded-inpatient) facility operations, maintenance and repair of medical facility systems.
- The Production Team Leader shall be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Responsibilities
- O&M Production Supervisor reports to the Contract Maintenance Manager (CMM)
- Responsibilities include managing the service order program of this Performance Work Statement (PWS)
- Assisting in the development of scopes of works (SOWs); assessing engineering/technical requirements; developing cost estimates; soliciting proposals from subcontractors; initiating project work; inspecting work; ensuring work is completed in accordance with the SOW and that all work is completed with quality and in a workmanlike manner.
- O&M Production Supervisor is responsible to respond directly to Facility Management Office representatives concerning disposition of all scheduled maintenance work actions for which the contractor may have potential responsibility, including actions requested, planned, pending, underway, completed or closed
- Direct and develop associates to produce professional results and meet specifications
- Maintain effective communication with the customer regarding work schedules and services being delivered
- Develop, Coordinate, and Manage work schedules and work flow
- Evaluate and justify supplies, equipment and purchases as necessary
- Work within budgeted guidelines regarding labor costs, supplies and other expenses
- Demonstrate high energy, mobility, initiative, and drive to enhance operations and achieve financial success
- Have passion for training, developing, motivating and investing in team members
- Possess a positive and optimistic attitude
- Must enjoy responsibility, accountability and opportunity to direct your own efforts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year
