Zerocater is seeking a talented Enterprise Account Manager (EAM) to be the bridge between the customer and the food experience teams. As an EAM, you will advocate on behalf of the customers and take a team-based approach to help customers succeed with Zerocater. You will work directly with customers to improve their overall meal experience, as well as one-on-one with customers who request a more personalized dialogue. Our account managers work closely with customers to identify and be able to drive both upsell and cross-sell opportunities and establish a one-to-many communication channel approach. You will be accountable for the overall customer wellbeing by supervising customer health, driving customer adoption through the FoodIQ® process, and acting as a partner concern point for customer issues.
What you will do:
- Act in partnership with Sales to ensure customer's transition to the Zerocater meal program is successful
- Become a trusted advisor to customers by offering guidelines, suggestions, and best practices for their particular meal program
- Onboard new customers to provide additional feedback and coaching to all key players both internal and external
- Act as the communication bridge between customer and ZC team partners from other departments (i.e. Sales, Support, Catering Operations, Food Curation, etc.)
- Able to identify risk and the ability to work quickly to mitigate potential churn or down-sell by leveraging your deep relationships developed with the customer.
Qualifications for success:
- 4 years of B2B customer success and/or account management experience supporting large to enterprise clients
- Proficiency in project management, Salesforce, and spreadsheet applications
- Proven track record of working cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Ability to demonstrate a strong sense of ownership for customer satisfaction, even if it requires you to expand the scope of your role at times
- Proven success in identifying gaps in the current program and demonstrating creative ways to affect change/suggest enhancements
