Role Description:
We are seeking a goal-oriented Python ML Engineer with a strong focus on research driven development to address areas such AI models and agents evaluations, data privacy and security etc. The ideal candidate is ready to push their creativity to great lengths, bringing innovative ML applications to life.
We are looking for a Python ML Engineer to help deliver robust solutions that will ensure safe, secure, trustworthy AI.
You will build and refine the training and evaluation pipelines to enhance security in AI models through anomaly detections, continuous monitoring, and safety evaluations.
You will join an ambitious, organized, and collaborative team in a unique position to integrate the latest innovations from the ML community and work on features that reach everyday users, including your family and friends
Key Responsibility:
Engage in extensive independent research driven development
Develop and optimize ML agents, models, and applications using Python and libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and similar tools.
Ensure ML applications are scalable and production-ready.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Research and apply cutting-edge approaches to projects and applications
Preferred Experience:
Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, RASA, AutoGen, Sematic Kernel etc
Experience with RAG and similarity searches, Vector databases
Experience deploying ML models and LLM inferencing engines like Llama.cpp, VLLM, and Ollama.
Experience working on research-driven solutions
Qualifications:
Bachelor's, Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
4 years of Python development experience
2 years in ML/AI.
Proficient with Python and ML libraries, frameworks, and deployment tools.
Strong background in Statistics
Experience in developing machine learning algorithms
Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, or other ML frameworks
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
