They will bring the shopper marketing strategy to life.Key responsibilities include : Planning & Deployment : Developing and executing a one-year plan.Brand Guardian : Collaborating with Marketing to ensure marketing principles are embedded in plans and supporting brand development.Budget Management : Managing spend through SAP and monitoring budget inputs vs. actuals.Activity Monitoring : Planning, deploying, monitoring, and reviewing shopper activities.Innovations : Providing innovative ideas, material recommendations, new concepts, and process improvements.The role requires balancing sales and brand building, constructing visionary strategies, and operationalizing them. It involves leveraging analytical skills to monitor, review, and communicate progress and improvements. Clear, organized, and consistent communication with various stakeholders is essential.We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional with a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred but not required). The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in trade / shopper marketing, sales, or account management, preferably within the Produce or CPG industries.Experience in the US market is essential, with knowledge of the Canadian market being a plus.Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-learning, agile, autonomous, proactive, and solutions-oriented.Eager to learn, continuously improve, and acquire new skills.Attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.Our people are what makes our culture so irresistible and uniquely Zespri.
