Responsibilities

- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial transactions.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food service and catering events.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bar, and waiting areas.
- Assist in budgeting and inventory management to optimize operational efficiency.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Develop and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Front of House Manager or similar role in a fine dining environment.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, bar operations, and catering services.
