Primary Function of this Position :
- Project Manager of IT Facilities Project management will be responsible for managing corporate IT Facilities projects.
- This role would manage a variety of projects in size and scope.
- Project manager will take large companywide highly visible programs from vision to release.
- We are looking for an experienced individual who can adopt to our Project planning and delivery process for IT Facilities Projects as well as contribute to strategy roadmap discussions project execution and delivery of our engagements.
- Your skills will include crossteam collaboration conflict resolution risk mitigation and schedule management.
- You will ensure we deliver the work committed and share insights & impacts based on the work delivered.
- The IT Project Manager will have the experience and skills necessary to continuously improve the way we develop and deliver initiatives with a solid analytical mindset and interest in taking part in our PMO organization and enhancing processes to improve data integrity and accuracy.
- The role needs to perform in fastpaced environment be a selfstarter and work without any guidance.
- Ideal candidate will have excellent command over communication Project Management Tools (both cloud and onprem) expert in using Office 365 applications especially PowerPoint Report and Forecasting (Excel / Smartsheet) and in conferencing tools such as Zoom etc.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Lead and facilitate regular Project team meetings team coordination action item tracking record minutes and communicateManage and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting project management deliverablesPlan coordinate and manage a large Project of IT Initiatives while anticipating minimizing and mitigating risksBuild out integrated dashboards based on data sets from different sources like Smartsheet Microsoft project Able to produce crisp integrated Reporting and Dashboards for executive staffManage & influence large crossfunctional team / sProvide meaningful optics and insights using tools like CAD Viewer Visio Bluebeam Lucid charts for daytoday project activities. Expertise in using Smartsheet / Excel / MS Project and PowerPoint for Project planning and tracking.Help with the deployment of IT Project Management Tools ecosystem while driving PM maturity & disciplineAble to work within a complex tools ecosystem while managing across teamsDefine and communicate target change schedule Freeze calendarProvide inputs for Demand Management for IT Facilities ProjectsSkills / Job Requirements :
10 to 15 years of IT Project Management / PMO experience in a waterfall / Agile environmentExperience in managing Low Voltage cabling Audio Visual implementations MDF & IDF design / implementation Network infrastructure setup Cell DAS implementation Vendor & Budget management.Experience driving Project Planning sessions; Have used various frameworks to prioritize work based on ROI / Business ValueClearly articulate the Business Value (in terms of ROI) for the work / projects committed to the leadership teamPossess solid communication skills and will be comfortable working in a dynamic fastpaced technical environment with experience using Agile / Scrum process and best practices to ensure the successful planning and delivery of projects in IT FacilitiesProven experience in managing Multiple Large IT Facilities ProjectsSolid analytical mindset. Ability to define and build dashboards for executive consumption while bringing in data from different systemsSelfstarter with strong decisionmaking abilities who can drive projects to completionProven track record of achieving results through collaboration and teamworkAbility to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization clearly expressing ideas and concepts both verbally and in writing to effectively handle sensitive issuesStrong prioritization skills and the ability to handle multiple job duties in a fastpaced Construction ProjectsPMP and Agile certification preferredAmick Brown is an Information Technology consulting company specializing in ERP Data Analytics Information Security Application Development Networking and Cloud Computing.
