Zest Culinary Services ( formerly known as MMI Dining Systems ) at the Jackson Yacht Club is looking for a Club Manager!
The Club Manager is responsible for a wide variety of activities including: to supervise, coordinate, merchandise and market the food & beverage operations, oversite of interior and exterior facilities including grounds, parking and swimming pool area. The Club Manager will ensure that the Board’s standards of quality in product and service are delivered while maximizing the – “Member First” Concept – our number one goal at Zest Culinary is that member satisfaction comes first.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have at least three (3) years of membership club experience and outstanding customer service skills. Additionally, experience managing a business and demonstrated knowledge of business administration including systems as well as profit and loss statements is required.
