Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers through door-to-door outreach, community events, and other channels.
  • Conduct in-depth assessments of customer needs and recommend customized solar energy solutions.
  • Deliver compelling presentations that highlight the benefits of solar energy products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop innovative marketing strategies that drive growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, especially in outside or energy sales, is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to guide customers through informed decision-making.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
  • Effective negotiation skills to secure favorable outcomes for both clients and the company.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $250,777.00 per year
