Responsibilities:
- Academic Excellence Vision and Strategy: Develop, execute, and oversee cross-functional project plans for PK-12 strategic initiatives, in collaboration with cross-functional Zeta network and school teams
- Achieve Annual Academic Goals: Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of academics projects with a high bar of excellence to meet rigorous annual goals assessments including AP exams, state tests, and internal Zeta assessments for students across PK-12
- Leadership Presence and Problem Solving: Develop authentic and meaningful relationships across Zeta to collaborate effectively with team members to support growth in service of student learning. View every challenge as an opportunity for root cause analysis and change
- Performance Tracking: Develop and manage systems to track performance metrics and student achievement data, and use this data to improve program effectiveness
- Strategic Planning: Oversee multi-year, annual, and monthly strategic planning, aligning vision and day-to-day operations to drive network-wide academic excellence
- Special Projects Implementation: Drive special projects such as AI integration in instruction, project-based learning, tutoring, and other essential projects as given to you by the Chief Academic Officer that will are designed to lead to academic excellence
- Curriculum Systems Management: Create and manage efficient curriculum systems that ensure zero defect publication of curriculum and assessments. Responsibilities include ordering and inventory, editing and publishing, and assessment administration and analysis
- Budget Oversight: Oversee budgeting for academics aligning resource allocation with organizational priorities.
- Stakeholder Communication: Build strong communication systems with internal and external stakeholders to keep them informed of timelines, project statuses, and implementation plans
- Feedback Driven: Embrace a growth mindset. Actively seek, provide, and incorporate feedback, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
- Wear multiple hats as a part of a lean scale-up team, supporting the work of others on the team and taking on new projects and tasks as needed
