To achieve our vision, we are searching for a Manager or Associate Director of Scaling Operational Excellence with a Bachelor's Degree, and at least 2-7 years of experience with a proven record of building, optimizing, and scaling operational systems. Our ideal candidate has a creative, problem-solving mindset, disciplined focus on scalable processes, and passion for education. Experience in top-tier consulting firms is highly desired.

Responsibilities:
- Build scalable systems that support our school-based operations teams: Develop and optimize internal systems that support school-based operations teams managing a variety of responsibilities, including facilities management, family engagement, safety systems, data, and student wellness
- Improve existing processes: Investigate, learn, and observe existing systems at school-sites; drive process improvements and codify best practices that work effectively at scale
- Monitor implementation and coach to outcomes: Partner closely with internal teams to implement systems and processes with fidelity
- Wear multiple hats as a part of a lean scale-up team, supporting the work of others on the team and taking on new projects and tasks as needed
