Role Overview
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a critical role in the sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying potential customers for Zetta Global’s IT services and consulting solutions. SDRs engage with prospective clients, understand their business challenges, and set up high-value sales opportunities for our account executives.
This role is ideal for self-motivated, goal-driven professionals with a passion for sales, technology, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research potential clients across target industries.
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
- Develop relationships with decision-makers, IT leaders, and business executives.
- Utilize CRM tools to track prospects and maintain accurate sales data.
Qualifying Sales Opportunities
Revenue Growth & Business Development
Market Intelligence & Sales Optimization
Qualifications & Experience
Must-Have :
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS, IT services, or technology consulting.
Strong ability to generate leads and drive sales pipeline growth.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
Experience using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track sales activities.
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred :
Prior experience in IT consulting or software sales.
Understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, or digital transformation.
Experience working in a high-growth startup or enterprise sales team.
Familiarity with social selling and sales automation tools.
