TITLE: Product Operations Analyst - Pendo
LOCATION: Denver, CO (onsite 2x per week) Tuesday & Wednesday
TYPE: Contract
LENGTH: Thru the end of 2025 with possible conversion to a full-time employee
Client in downtown Denver is seeking a Product Operations Analyst with solid Pendo experience for a long term contract. General duties will include:
- Support daily operational tasks related to product management and development.
- Analyze product performance metrics and generate reports.
- Assist in coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Maintain documentation of product processes and procedures.
- Address routine operational issues and provide administrative support.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of product management tools and systems. Support data integration and ensure tools are functioning correctly.
- Help in setting up initial KPI tracking frameworks and update dashboards with product performance metrics.
- Support the collection of feedback from end users through surveys and user feedback tools. Assist in analyzing user engagement data.
- Pendo experience (implementation, guides or analytics).
