**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards at our construction sites (pre, during and post construction), office, rentals and residentials. Valid drivers license is a must.
**Duties:**
- Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
- Sanitize and clean bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Launder linens and towels as needed
- Execute residential and commercial cleaning duties
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients
- Perform carpet cleaning and floor care tasks
**Experience:**
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Experience in carpet cleaning and floor care is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills
