Job Summary
The Manager, Global Sales Analytics and Business Intelligence will lead the Sales Analytics team to drive strategic insights and support decision-making for the Global Sales Organization. This role involves overseeing the development and execution of analytical strategies for the commercial organization, managing data analysis processes, and ensuring the delivery of actionable insights that enhance sales performance and revenue growth. The Manager will coordinate closely with Sales Analysts and other stakeholders to ensure that analytical tools and reports align with business objectives and provide valuable support for the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership : Manage and mentor the Sales Analytics team, including Sales Analysts, to ensure the delivery of high-quality data analysis and reporting.
- Strategic Oversight : Develop and implement the overall analytics strategy to support global sales objectives, leveraging data to drive top-line revenue and strategic decision-making.
- Data Management : Oversee the use of analytical tools such as Excel, Incorta, APEX, CRM, and ERP software to ensure accurate and efficient data analysis.
- Report Development : Guide the creation and refinement of custom reports and dashboards, ensuring they meet the needs of Sales Management and other key stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Liaise with internal stakeholders across various regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC) and Strategic Accounts to align analytical efforts with business needs and strategic priorities.
- Insight Generation : Drive the identification of trends and insights from data to support sales strategies and initiatives, presenting findings in a clear and actionable format.
- KPI Monitoring : Oversee the coordination and distribution of regular reports on Sales KPIs, including Revenue Goals, Sales Complaints, Pipeline Analysis, Quarterly Business Reviews, and Strategic Sourcing Agreement Accounts.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure high levels of quality, accuracy, and consistency in all analytical reports and data deliverables.
- Process Improvement : Recommend and implement improvements to existing reporting tools and processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with the Demand Planning, Business Intelligence, Business Intelligence and Technology - Supply Chain, Information Technology, and other departments to integrate commercial needs into overall business strategies.
