What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Member position at Zeus Digital Theaters?
Job Summary
Zeus is an independently owned, 8 screen multiplex in beautiful Waynesboro, Virginia. Opened in 2010, Zeus was one of the first all digital theaters in the country and features stadium seating, Dolby Surround Sound, the latest blockbuster films, state of the art arcade, and a streamlined concessions stand.
This is a fantastic first job but also great for those looking to supplement their existing job or those looking at working while continuing their education in college.
Responsibilities
Team Members (some times referred to as "cast members") are responsible for three main areas of operation:
- Selling tickets and answering guests questions at our box office.
- Preparing and serving concessions.
- Cleaning the venue inside and outside.
Training at Zeus takes place over one to three shifts and focuses on making sure new team members are comfortable with the basics of the job.
All team members are added to a scheduling app where they submit their availability, time off requests, and coverage requests.
Experience
While this is a great first job we also hire folks who have more experience in different fields and have had many team members join us as a second or even third job.

Manager and assistant manager positions are available for team members to apply for. We always prefer to promote from within our current team.

Pay: From $12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 40 per week
