Role Overview
The Corporate Trainer is responsible for designing, facilitating, and managing employee training and development programs that align with business goals. This role will ensure the effective delivery of dynamic and innovative training initiatives to enhance employee skills, engagement, and performance, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, develop, facilitate, and implement the company's training and development needs for all employees.
- Review existing training programs and recommend enhancements and modifications to improve
- Collaborate with leaders across the company to design position-specific training modules.
- Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Develop and execute a detailed training strategy with objectives and timelines.
- Conduct and facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding training.
- Deliver training programs covering areas such as sales, technical skills, professional development, and management coaching.
- Tailor training sessions to effectively meet the needs of the target audience.
- Develop and manage e-learning training modules for business applications.
- Provide one-on-one training sessions as needed
- Track and document all training activities and maintain comprehensive training records.
- Ensure that training milestones and goals are met while adhering to the approved training budget.
- Provide regular reports to management, including trend analysis of training outcomes.
- Collaborate with the HR Team to develop and implement recognition and retention programs aimed at enhancing employee performance and motivation.
- Participate in special projects as needed, ensuring deadlines and timelines are met.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
