Role Overview
The Director of Customer Facing Technology will lead the Technology Center of Excellence (CoE) at Zeus Fire and Security, driving innovation, product development, and customer engagement. This role is responsible for evaluating new ideas, managing cross-functional collaborations, establishing knowledge repositories, and overseeing vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will ensure alignment with strategic goals while delivering impactful, customer-centric technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Innovation & New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Idea Validation : Develop and implement processes to evaluate new product ideas for feasibility, market potential, and strategic alignment.
- Development Framework : Define and manage product development stages, from concept to prototype to market-ready solutions, with clear milestones and deliverables.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Build and lead diverse teams from hubs, marketing, sales, and customer service to drive innovation.
- Pilot and Testing : Oversee pilot projects, user testing, and data analysis to refine products before launch.
- Go-to-Market Strategy : Collaborate with marketing and sales to craft comprehensive strategies, including product positioning, launch plans, and sales enablement.
- Launch and Monitoring : Manage product launches, monitor performance metrics, and incorporate customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Training and Support : Develop training materials and resources to support internal teams and customers for new product adoption.
