Role Overview
This position is responsible for the tasks associated with the installation of access control, CCTV, fire, and intrusion alarm systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, service & maintain a variety of Security, Fire Alarm, Camera and Access Control Systems
- Install cabling for a variety of low voltage systems
- Perform annual fire alarm certifications
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience as an alarm technician
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Clean Background Check – Criminal and Driving
- Valid Driver’s License
- Understanding of construction sites, best practices, and work site safety
- Applicant should be motivated, team oriented and a quick learner
- Applicant should possess common industry hand tools
Work Requirements:
- Ability to work with hand tools, meters, and other necessary industry related equipment
- Ability to climb ladders and operate lifts
- Ability to lift weights up to 50 pounds
