Role Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned and hands-on IT Integration Manager to join our growing team. This senior role will lead the technology integration of newly acquired companies, ensuring a smooth and secure transition into the Zeus ecosystem. You’ll coordinate across internal teams, external vendors, and acquired company stakeholders—balancing strategic oversight with hands-on technical involvement in areas like Microsoft O365, network engineering, end-user hardware and cybersecurity.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end IT integration of newly acquired entities, from due diligence through full onboarding and stabilization.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for M&A integration efforts across IT, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Develop and execute detailed integration project plans, covering infrastructure, applications, security, collaboration tools, and telecom.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, HR, Operations, and Legal during M&A planning and execution.
- Assess, standardize, and refresh IT hardware across acquired entities—including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, network equipment (firewalls, switches, routers), and servers.
- Create and manage hardware refresh roadmaps to align with corporate standards and lifecycle expectations.
- Coordinate and manage external vendors and contractors, including negotiation of scope, deliverables, SLAs, and costs.
- Evaluate and integrate Microsoft O365 environments including tenant-to-tenant migrations, Teams, Exchange, and SharePoint.
- Work with network engineers to standardize network architecture, firewalls, and connectivity across sites.
- Partner with the cybersecurity team to ensure compliance with security standards, secure access, and identity management.
- Track, report, and escalate issues, risks, and dependencies to leadership and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain standard integration playbooks and documentation for repeatable execution.
Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in IT project management, IT infrastructure, or integration roles.
- Proven experience leading IT integrations during M&A, especially in mid-market or multi-site environments.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft O365 administration and migration (including Azure AD, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint).
- Hands-on experience with network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, routers, switches).
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, tools, and best practices (MFA, endpoint protection, identity management).
- Experience managing third-party vendors and negotiating contracts.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
- PMP, ITIL, or similar certifications are a plus.
