Key Responsibilities
- Repair NVR-DVR, Security Cameras, Computers.
- Set up new systems: Avigilon-Open Eye.
- Upgrade Computer Hardware.
- Manage and set up Windows and Linux servers.
- Ensure mobile access and communication between mobile devices and the server.
- Provide training on how to use software systems loaded on alarms.
- Ability to assist technicians with technical support.
- Provide support for system programming updates from installation and service.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or Technical School degree preferred.
- 3 years of experience repairing electronic devices.
- Experience working with Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection, Fire Alarms, CCTV and other low-voltage electronic systems preferred.
- Vast Networking and IT knowledge.
- Understanding of technology relating to Microsoft's core business applications such as Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, Terminal Services/RDS/Citrix.
- Understanding in C development languages.
- Strong organization and time management.
- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot.
- Great communication and teamwork.
- Valid driver’s license.
