Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about learning and developing electronic security expertise across a wide array of vertical markets, including healthcare, retail, higher education, logistics, and multi-site sectors.
This position involves exposure to system engineering, project deployments, service, and monitoring using innovative video technology and artificial intelligence (AI).
Job Responsibilities:
- Expand and enhance services and project outcomes for existing electronic security customers under the PASS Security business model.
- Advise and consult with customers on the best products and services to meet their needs.
- Follow up on company-generated leads and determine appropriate products and services.
- Generate new customer leads through referrals, networking, and prospecting activities.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, and Operations Team for successful project deployments and ongoing service.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to network and build expertise.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of general sales experience, electronic security, or technology-based experience is a plus.
- Ability to develop objectives and strategies and manage one's own performance.
- Ability to travel locally throughout the Greater St. area.
- Ability to obtain an Illinois PERC Card (required for all security industry personnel).
Benefits:
- Base salary plus commission, compensation expectations are $75,000 - $150,000 annually.
