This position will play a pivotal role in supporting the organization’s efforts to drive employee engagement, performance management, succession planning, and learning and development initiatives. This position will collaborate closely with the Manager, Talent Management, and other HR teams to build and implement programs that foster a culture of growth, retention, and development. The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of talent management practices and a passion for fostering an engaged and high-performing workforce.
Responsibilities
- Execute employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive work culture and increase retention.
- Support the administration of employee surveys, focus groups, and feedback mechanisms to gather insights on engagement levels.
- Analyze employee engagement data and collaborate with HR to recommend actionable solutions for improving engagement.
- Develop and maintain change management and communication materials to promote employee engagement programs and resources.
- Support the execution of the annual performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and year-end assessments.
- Provide guidance to managers on best practices for performance feedback and coaching, goal setting, and development planning.
- Develop training materials and tools that aid in performance management key processes and initiatives.
- Track and report on performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the performance management process.
- Develop tools and resources for identifying and assessing high-potential employees within the organization to ensure a strong pipeline of future leaders.
- Support the development and execution of succession planning initiatives.
- Create and maintain development plans for key talent, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and future leadership roles.
- Lead Learning and Development initiatives to design and implement employee development programs, leveraging LinkedIn Learning and the LMS to connect to skill-building initiatives.
- Track employee participation in development programs and assess program effectiveness.
- Support the management of internal training resources and external training partnerships to ensure relevant development opportunities.
- Foster a continuous learning culture by promoting resources and programs that encourage professional growth and career advancement.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in two or more of the following areas of talent management: performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and learning and development.
- Strong knowledge of employee engagement strategies, performance management processes, succession planning, and learning and development principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- HRIS talent module experience preferred (Oracle, Workday).
