**Job Description**
We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team as a trusted provider of one-to-one counselling and group well-being interventions remotely and on-site. In this role, you will work closely with our clinical team to develop and implement short-term, solution-focused interventions aimed at enhancing resilience and fostering healthy working relationships among online content industry professionals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide one-to-one counselling online and in-person
- Facilitate in-person and remote group well-being interventions
- Implement short-term, solution-focused interventions like CBT, ACT, and SFBT
- Assess and manage clinical risks, ensuring the well-being of clients
**Qualifications & Experience:**
- Minimum Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
- Hold a current, active LPC, LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD license in the State of employment
- Additional training in short-term, solution-focused therapy is a plus
