The Account Manager for this role will be primarily focused on new acquisitions in braking, ADAS, air supply, and suspension systems and assisting with the strategic growth plan set forth by the Key Account Manager. The key success to this role will be understanding the customer's perspective and satisfying their expectations while performing the necessary steps within ZF's process to achieve that.What you can look forward to as an Account Manager Profit & Loss responsibility for the assigned domain at the customer within agreed boundaries Sales Team Lead for the assigned domain / customer within the KAE account team Represents VOC of domain / customer related topics Owns and executes customer strategy within the assigned domain / customer Leads negotiations for assigned domain within agreed boundaries Manages escalations for assigned domain / customer prior to KAE involvement Provide input for market analysis and non-technical competition analysis for assigned domain / customer Drives customer relationship for assigned domain / customerYour Profile as an Account Manager Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline 6 years of progressive experience in OE sales or a related sales field. Engineering and / or technical background. Strategic & critical thinking required, with the ability to draw a vision for the account. High level of authority with strong negotiation skills. Ability to work independently. Deep understanding of automotive business, market trends, & innovation. Deep understanding of business, financials, & market.
