What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head of Aftermarket Sales, United States/Canada position at ZF Group?
Reporting to the VP Aftermarket Region North America, the Head of ZF Aftermarket will be part of the ZF Aftermarket North America Regional Leadership Team responsible for the Aftermarket business in the US and Canada. Responsibilities will span over a growing organization and $530 million euro sales total, covering Passenger Car and Commercial Vehicle business lines, across all Product Channels, including Original Equipment Manufacturer Service (OES), Independent Aftermarket (IAM), and eCommerce.
What you can look forward to as Head of ZF Aftermarket United States/Canada:
- Drive the sub-region to achieve or exceed ZF Aftermarket strategic revenue targets
- Develop the sub-region commercial leadership team ensuring team cohesion and collaboration across all country and regional functions and locations
- Design and implement customer and product specific strategies for national accounts
- Ensure effective customer coverage and efficient usage of resources across Business Lines
- Drive successful delivery of key projects in sub-region, including structural adjustments, synergy creation and business transformation
Your profile as the Head of ZF Aftermarket- United States/Canada:
- 8 years' experience in Sales within a complex, multi divisional/global organization
- Bachelor's degree
- Deep understanding of Aftermarket business across all segments within the United States and Canada
- Robust network/credibility with associations and customers
- Proven ability to lead in complex matrix organizations
- Strong relationship management and influential skills
- Ability and willingness to travel ~35%
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
