Job Description

About the Team :
The warranty team is made up of a diverse group of people with different backgrounds. The team owns warranty from cradle to grave once the claim is submitted to ZF, from testing to adjudication. The warranty team is also responsible for developing and improving warranty reporting along with streamlining the warranty systems to better serve our customers, and to achieve the goal of ZERO defects.
What you can look forward to as a Quality Analyst
- Work effectively with customers using effective corrective action & adjudication processes to ensure adherence to warranty agreements and contracts. This includes but is not limited to :
Communicating with customers and warranty technicians
