Job description: About the Position
The Senior Planner Scheduler is responsible for ensuring in time deliveries for internal and external customers and promoting and ensuring logistics culture on the shop floor as well as within the whole supply chain.

- Creating demands and/or production schedules for internal or external suppliers out of internal or external customer demands.
- Performing assigned product launch activities in corporation with internal and/or external suppliers or customers.
- Performing assigned activities in accordance with lean production principles and aim towards a total cost optimum.
- Developing, monitoring, analyzing, and/or improving KPIs for assigned logistics processes.
- Performing activities in coordination with other ZFTG departments related to process improvement, evaluation and documentation.
- Ability for travel both domestic and internationally.
- Understanding and complying with IATF-16949 and ISO 14000 requirements.
- Bachelor’s Degree and 0-3 years’ experience in materials planning and/or customer planning in manufacturing environment. Additional experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
- Two (2) years’ experience in Automotive Industry preferred.
- Experience with an ERP system.
- Broad knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within supply chain planning.
- Experience with demand forecasting and/or planning methods.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
