About the Team

Our Manufacturing Engineering team plays a critical role in supporting key customers while ensuring the production of high-quality braking products. With a focus on improving machine utilization, reducing waste, and enhancing operational efficiency, we work closely with different departments to solve complex challenges. In this role, you'll contribute your expertise to help with launches, supervising tooling installations, and driving continuous improvements in cost-effectiveness. We're a collaborative, results-driven group that thrives on innovation and problem-solving.

What you can look forward to as a Sr Manufacturing Engineer

• Identify profit and machine utilization opportunities.
• Participate with and support engineering and manufacturing teams with technical expertise needed to resolve issues impacting our ability to provide a top-quality product in the most cost-effective manner.
• Help launch new products and supervise installation of new tooling.
• Improve OEE by reducing faults, reducing scrap and improving first run yield.

Your Profile as a Sr Manufacturing Engineer

• 7-8 years of experience with strong functional/product knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• CNC Machining experience
• SAP is helpful
• Team oriented. Strong interpersonal & leadership skills.
