About the Team
The global eCommerce team is a diverse, collaborative group, working together to drive regional eCommerce strategy. Our focus is on identifying new customers, growing key accounts, and maintaining a robust sales funnel. We align closely with cross-functional teams to explore revenue-generating opportunities, support product gap analysis, and ensure customer needs are met. Along with 3 other team members on the North America eCommerce team, you will play an essential role in translating digital trends into business opportunities.
What you can look forward to as the Head of Passenger Car eCommerce
- Drive the regional E-Commerce strategy, identifying & partnering with new customers and growing existing key accounts
- Develop, grow & retain the regional E-Commerce team
- Develop and maintain the regional sales funnel for the NA region focusing on >10 direct customers. Take stake in the regional sales targets with responsibility for E-Commerce sales
- Collaborate & align with the sales managers, global eCom teams & Category Managers on regular basis
- Align & identify revenue-generation opportunities with Customers & digital shelf teams
- Collaborate with various levels of leadership to act as voice of NA E-Commerce customers in the organization, prioritizing & solving customer needs throughout the matrix organization. Act in a cross-functional role supporting different tasks within sales, customer service and product
- Use available resources to conduct product gap analysis to support the traditional sales based on online sales trends
- Identify and monitor technology trends and changes in the automotive aftermarket and translate into business opportunities across eCommerce sales channels
Your Profile as the Head of Passenger Car eCommerce
- Bachelors degree and 8 years account management experience in the aftermarket/E-Commerce industry or similar field
- Passionate for & extensive expertise in digital technology, business models and the automotive industry
- Leadership experience is strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of automotive business, market trends, and innovation
- Strong knowledge of customer structures and expert on E-Business
- Understanding of eCommerce dynamics in North America
- Commercial background and solid product understanding
- Strong networking and coordination/cooperation skills

The expected base compensation for this role is $113,100.00 to $141,400.00 annually. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
