IT AnalystCountry / Region : USLocation : Duncan, SC, USReq ID 74771 | Duncan, United States ZF Chassis Systems Duncan, LLCAbout the team : The IT Analyst will provide comprehensive support for JIS process applications, including Production Control Systems (PCS), SAP, and associated tools. They will configure and maintain PCS, offer SAP process expertise, and act as a liaison between local plant teams and global support for issue resolution and process improvements. Additionally, they deliver training, manage requirements, and ensure compliance with quality management systems while contributing to IT projects and documentation efforts.What you can expect as an IT Analyst : Support JIS process applications including Production Control System (PCS, QDB, QDC, PVS etc.) and SAP.Configure simple PCS changes / customizing and maintain PCS.Provide expertise for SAP JIS processes (component group determination, call validation, build code generation, ldoc handling, call control, material posting, delivery, shipment).Liaise with global support teams for escalation of issues and coordinate activities between them and the local plant teams.Provide training along the whole JIS process to end users in the plant e.g. PCS and SAP monitoring.Collect new customer or plant requirements and coordinate with the Divisional Process Expert (DPE) as well as the IT Demand Manager.Liaise with the DPE and Service Center Applications (SCA) regarding JIS processes and be the local coordinator for changes.Perform fault-finding and trouble shooting in all aspects of applications and escalate issues if required (including detailed error description and results of first error analysis).Be local backup for the JST and be part of the global LPE-JIS team.Manage or participate in projects for IT process improvement.Compliance with all Internal and External Production Quality Management Systems and Group Directives.Maintain IT-documentation of diagrams, configurations, and procedures.Your profile as an IT Analyst : Associate’s degree in technical field2 years of directly related experienceProfound knowledge of SAP and databasesProven team building abilityStrong communication and problem-solving skillsWhy you should choose ZF in Duncan, SC : A supportive collaborative team environmentAnnual Incentive PlanPaid Vacation401k PlanHealth Care BenefitsPaid HolidaysA strong diversity cultureSupportive Employee Groups and community outreach activitiesBe part of our ZF team as IT Analyst and apply now!DIVERSITY COMMITMENT : Diversity, Equity and Inclusion are more than just words for us.
