Reporting to the VP of Aftermarket Region - North America, the Head of Remanufacturing Strategy and Development will be responsible for identifying, consolidating, and assessing North American Regional remanufacturing opportunities, market screening and initiating high level business cases. As the Head of Remanufacturing, you will be a critical member of the ZF Aftermarket North America Regional Leadership Team responsible for the Aftermarket business in the US, Canada, Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean.

Develop, align, and drive implementation of remanufacturing product portfolio strategies across Business Lines/categories

Identify non-ZF reman products merchandising suppliers and drive to introduce to the market with purchasing team

Support and drive long term visions of remanufacturing

Manage strategy and development of core return within the region
Your profile as Head of Remanufacturing Strategy & Development:
-
8 years’ experience of complex, multi divisional/global, program or project management
-
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
-
Collaborative and decision-orientated
-
In depth competence in:
-
Product strategy management
-
Remanufacturing processes including core management
-
Project Management
-
Financial system knowledge for surcharge management
-
-
REMAN industry, market trends and benchmark knowledge
-
Product portfolio knowledge of remanufacturability
-
Ability and willingness to travel 20-30% regionally
