About the team:
The Production Supervisor will lead and supervise production personnel utilizing procedures and work instructions to meet or exceed customer and company requirements for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

- Maintain and improve production performance processes through waste reduction and continuous improvement.
- Understand and ensure compliance of IATF 16949, ISO-14001 requirements, policies and procedures.
- Oversee employee time keeping system, corrective counseling, performance reviews and disciplinary actions
- Track, train, coach and develop production employees.
- Ensure adherence to work procedures, housekeeping, and preventive maintenance programs.
- Maintain open door communication and promote an issue free environment.
Your profile as a Production Supervisor:
- High School diploma or GED
- 2 years of related experience
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving results
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills, strong MS Office knowledge
- Ability to use and train individuals to use production/manufacturing
- Basic knowledge of plant operations management and lean principles, processes, and techniques
*Availability and flexibility schedule (e.g. weekends) to meet customer requirements
