Workplace Technology Support Supervisor

ZGF is seeking a Workplace Technology Support Supervisor to join our team in our Portland, Oregon office. We are looking for self-directed people who are experienced technologists possessing excellent communication and organization skills.

As a Workplace Technology Support Supervisor, you will…

• Work closely with the Workplace Technology Support Manager
• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities of the Workplace Technology Support team across all ZGF offices
• Develop and maintain support processes which ensure a high level of service throughout the organization
• Track support requests and incidents in our ticketing system, identifying patterns and prioritizing appropriately
• Train and provide guidance to team members on technical issues
• Provide performance review feedback about supervised staff
• Provide escalation support to Workplace Technology Support team
• Work closely with other groups within technology
• Train non-IT staff
  
  

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Ability to respond quickly to high-priority needs
• Comfortable working in an environment characterized by frequent change
• Excellent problem-solving skills, providing suitable solutions to complex technical problems
• Working knowledge of IT ticketing systems
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills
• Deep familiarity with Windows OS and MS365 products
• Familiarity with iOS and Android devices
• Occasionally requires ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  
  

Base Salary Range

$81.000/yr - $95.000/yr
