What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brand/Packaging Designer position at ZGM Modern Marketing Partners?
Dossier is looking for a mid-weight designer with strong studio experience in brand and packaging design.

Responsibilities:
Collaborating with clients, internal team members, and other designers to create quality, strategic work
Designing using the Creative Cloud suite
Applying research and Design Thinking methodology
Participating in client presentations with an ability to articulate design rationale
Willing to handle multiple projects and adhere to deadlines
Requirements:
Design graduate from a recognized institution (degree or diploma)
Minimum 5 years of cumulative experience as a designer, preferably in food/beverage packaging and brand identity
Past studio experience is a must
Good communication skills and highly self-aware
Adept at typographic and visual skills (sketching as an asset)
Strategic, big-picture thinker
Passion for working in an iterative, collaborative environment
Strength in conceptual thinking and ideation skills
