What You'll Be Doing
Serve as the first point of contact for patients, creating a welcoming and supportive environment
Educate patients on their treatment options, building trust and helping them feel confident in their decisions
Collaborate with Dr. Hannawi and the clinical team to develop effective patient care and case acceptance strategies
Coordinate treatment plans, including financial discussions, scheduling, and ongoing communication
Leverage referral-based marketing strategies to enhance practice growth
Monitor and utilize performance metrics to continuously improve systems and achieve goals
Who We're Looking For
Dental and Sales Experience : Dental experience is required , and a strong sales or case acceptance track record is essential
Patient-Focused Mindset : Youre a natural at building relationships and making patients feel valued
Highly Organized and Results-Oriented : You thrive on achieving goals, multitasking, and ensuring exceptional outcomes
Tech-Savvy : Proficiency with Google tools, EagleSoft, and tracking software is required
