Responsibilities:
Resident Relations:
- Maintain a positive customer service attitude, ensuring resident satisfaction.
- Address resident complaints promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular communication with residents to build strong relationships.
- Physically inspect the property regularly to assess its condition and safety.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and property standards.
- Welcome prospective residents and showcase the property.
- Handle incoming phone calls from potential residents.
- Complete necessary paperwork for lease agreements.
- Assist in formulating budgets for each calendar year.
- Monitor expenses and stay within established budget guidelines.
- Track rental income, handle rent collection, and manage financial records.
- Conduct safety training for new employees.
- Foster a collaborative and efficient team environment.
- Conduct all business in accordance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and other applicable laws.
- Stay informed about changes in regulations and adjust practices accordingly.
- Must-Have: Experience with Yardi software.
- Minimum three years of on-site property management experience.
- Successful track record of accomplishments in property management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi Voyager (or similar programs).

- Annual salary range: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00
