Leasing Consultant
Location : Camelot East Apartments, 1400 Sherwood Drive, Fairfield, OH 45014
Job Summary : At Camelot East Apartments, we’re seeking a skilled and motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our leasing department, you’ll play a crucial role in connecting prospective tenants with their ideal homes.
Responsibilities :
- Present apartments, houses, or other properties to prospective clients persuasively.
- Assist residential landlords in finding suitable tenants.
- Promote unoccupied properties through various media and advertising techniques.
- Evaluate clients’ requirements and financial status to create personalized presentations.
- Provide accurate information about property features.
- Validate application details and references.
- Negotiate leasing terms and finalize agreements.
- Stay informed about the property market.
- Ensure proper maintenance and conduct periodic property inspections.

Weekend as needed
8 HR Shift - M-F (9AM - 6PM)
Salary : $16.00 - $19.00 per hour.
