**Job Description:**
We are on the lookout for a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our energetic design build team. This is not a sales position, as our sales phase happens prior to design phase. Although we are looking for a senior level, experienced designer, we are also interested in hearing from you if you are an aspiring senior level designer or design assistant. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of kitchen and bath design, local building codes and a passion for creating practical and visually stunning spaces, within a fast paced environment. You will work closely with clients and team members to help them choose and understand products that will elevate their remodeling experience within an expedited timeline.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and develop innovative kitchen and bath layouts that align with client needs and aesthetic preferences.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and specifications using industry-standard software.
- Assist clients in selecting materials, fixtures, and finishes, providing expert guidance and product knowledge.
- Collaborate within a fast-paced design-build team of architects, designers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design solutions.
- Maintain open communication with clients throughout the design process, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with their vision.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in kitchen and bath design within a design-build or remodeling context, preferably at a luxury level.
- Proficiency in design software such as Chris Architect, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant design work is required.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
