What are the responsibilities and job description for the Designer: Kitchen and Bath Remodeling (CAD/Revit/Sketchup/Chief) position at Ziebart Construction?
Our growing remodeling company is seeking to add a few more members to our design team.
Senior Designer - Leads the client during the design phase (after sales).
Design Associate - Assists the team with a variety of tasks ranging from product selections, measuring spaces, 3D renderings, ordering materials and permit applications.
Drafter - Floorplans, permit plans, cabinet layouts, etc.
Successful individuals will have the understanding of local jurisdiction building codes, the ability to push the production of drawings quickly and a great awareness and attention to detail. Construction industry experience is required. Additionally, an interior design background would be preferred, but is not necessary.
