Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standards. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and an eye for detail, as you will be responsible for enhancing the appearance of vehicles while providing an exceptional experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and buffing exteriors.
- Vacuum and shampoo interiors, ensuring all surfaces are free of dirt and debris.
- Apply window tinting as needed, following company guidelines and customer specifications.
- Detail vehicles by cleaning windows, tires, and other components to ensure a polished finish.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment.
- Drive vehicles in a safe manner to ensure they are positioned correctly for detailing services.
Experience
- Previous experience in car wash or automotive detailing is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with custodial duties related to vehicle cleaning is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience with buffing techniques and tools is advantageous.
- A valid driver’s license is required to operate various vehicles safely.
