What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a talented engineering team, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and innovation.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, to ensure peak performance.
- Implement and manage proactive preventative maintenance programs to avoid interruptions in operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations, working closely with local inspectors and officials.
- Collaborate with other departments to support hotel projects, renovations, and special events.
- Manage budgets, contracts, and projects, maintaining efficiency without compromising quality.
- A passionate leader with 35 years of engineering or facilities management experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; HVAC and Pool Operator certifications preferred.
- A strong communicator with excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- A proactive problemsolver who thrives in a fastpaced, guestfocused environment.
- A champion of innovation, always seeking ways to enhance operations and guest experiences.
