Ziegler CAT has an opening for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst supports the organization through their involvement in business strategies and projects. This person will be responsible for the analysis of business processes, gathering business requirements and managing the implementation of process changes. This individual serves as a liaison between systems personnel and end users. This is a hybrid position requiring the ability to work onsite at our Bloomington, MN location.
Responsibilities :
- Leads, manages, coordinates, and reports on implementation projects
- Organizes and facilitates requirement gathering sessions and project team meetings
- Analyzes and improves business processes, in support of business strategies and projects
- Coordinates and executes user acceptance testing
- Proves systems analysis to ensure the needs of the user are met
- Develops and implements policies, procedures, and standards, and ensures their conformance with industry standards and company objectives
- Designs, develops and provides training
- Serves as a liaison between systems personnel and end users
- Offers advice on process improvements and technical solutions
- Considers at all times enterprise wide impacts and solutions
- Serves as a resource to other team members
- Manages all stages of the project life cycle with little to no supervision or direction

The pay range for this position is
93,200.00 to $116,450.00
Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant's location. Along with competitive pay, full time positions are benefits eligible which includes :
