Overview
We are in search of a highly organized and dependable project coordinator to support our field operations. In this role, you will ensure that job sites are equipped with the necessary materials and information for seamless project execution. Your responsibilities will include delivering parts and materials, coordinating logistics, and facilitating communication between our dedicated field teams, general contractors, and office staff. You will report directly to the Vice President of Field Operations and you will play a vital role in providing project support and efficiency, all while managing tasks without direct supervisory responsibilities. Your expertise and attention to detail will be essential to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily scheduling of personnel assigned to various projects.
- Communicate important job site updates to field employees, general contractors, and office staff.
- Deliver parts, tools, and materials to job sites promptly.
- Track and manage material requests to ensure accurate deliveries and effective inventory control.
- Assist in ordering and verifying the delivery of materials and supplies.
- Support field technicians with logistical needs to minimize project delays.
- Maintain detailed records of deliveries, job site requirements, and material usage.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and job site regulations.
- Perform additional support duties as assigned to assist the field operations team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Must hold a Journeyman or Master Electrician License
- Proven experience in commercial electrical installations and project coordination are preferred
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving skills, and a keen attention to detail
- Ability to lift and transport materials (up to 50 lbs) as needed
- Must have a current, valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong capacity to work independently and adapt swiftly to evolving project demands.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing project needs
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and tools beneficial
